My goldfish is upside down after overfeeding—what should I do?

We have a goldfish at home in the Netherlands. Yesterday I accidentally overfed him, and today he's swimming upside down. I'm worried about his health. What should I do to help him recover? Should I change the water, stop feeding him, or take other steps?
